谁知道这个LSPDFR逮捕动画的字典名称是什么，或者怎么能在线下获取到附近Ped正在播放的动画

要获取到附近的ped动作，你需要找到执行这个动作的脚本，然后在相应的动作执行后边去触发服务端事件，服务端事件再进行距离判断，发给所有的附近玩家，进而获取到被捕动作类型。这只是大概的可实现的逻辑，具体代码还需要自行实现。

我基本确定这就是一个原版动画，因为线下LSPDFR模组里面没有找到动画文件。
