求助 求助各位大佬，这个车牌是怎么形成的？

看了一下老外的服务器，发现老外的车牌数字是七位且对称的（GTA5车牌号八位），国内我见过的服务器要吗是八位数字要吗是空格＋七位数字（这样做出七位数字效果，但最终还是八位并没有更改原本的格式），有没有大佬懂的求指教
