就是一个账单系统，不管是罚单还是给别人开收款，用的都是这一个，然后收到的钱都会进入老板的账户里，我知道的打开方式是径向菜单，应该也命令打开，打开之后，点一下客户ID可以看到附近的所有人，然后payment type是选择对方的支付方式银行或者现金，然后输入金额，点击确定之后被发起账单的人屏幕上会显示出收到账单，支付或不支付，点支付就成功支付，后钱会进入到老板的账户里，不支付就是相当于取消，没有多余的选项，这些能看到的UI界面就是它的所有的东西，没有什么查看账单等等这些东西，很简洁的插件

这个是所有人都可以用的，平民帮派等等都是可以使用的，就像医护救了一个人，手术费是300，就可以用这个账单问他ID是多少，然后给他开张单，这个必须当面选择支付或不支付，真的不知道这个插件叫什么名字，也不知道是不是自写的
